Request account deletion.
Last updated:
You can request deletion of your ToDoArc account and its associated cloud data by emailing our support team. You do not need to sign in to use this page.
Email an account-deletion requestOr email support@todoarc.com with the subject “ToDoArc account deletion request”.
How to request deletion
- If you want to keep a copy of your tasks, use the export option in your mobile app settings where available before requesting deletion.
- Send your request from the email address associated with your ToDoArc account where possible. If you cannot access that address, explain this to support.
- We will review your request, verify account ownership as needed, and confirm the outcome or explain any applicable retention.
Sending an email starts a support request; it does not delete your account immediately. This page does not offer an automated deletion button. Do not email passwords or verification codes.
What happens to your information
Your request concerns the account and its associated active cloud information, including synced tasks and lists. Any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons, and residual backup copies, is handled under the Privacy Policy’s retention and deletion rules. Support can explain the details applying to your request.
Local guest data may exist only on your device. Other devices or device backups may retain local copies; cloud-account deletion should not be treated as proof that every offline device copy has been erased.
Deletion, uninstallation and subscriptions
- Uninstalling ToDoArc does not delete your cloud account.
- Deleting an account is separate from removing the app or deleting a single task.
- Apple or Google subscriptions may need to be cancelled separately through the store where you purchased them. Uninstalling the app or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription.
In-app account deletion
Some releases may also provide deletion in the app’s Data and privacy settings. Availability depends on your version and account-service configuration. If the in-app option is unavailable, use the email request route above.
